Announcing our first organizing guide!

The words I hear most when talking to people about their clutter? Overwhelmed. “I’m so overwhelmed by my stuff that I don’t even know where to start.” “I want to get more organized but I get overwhelmed and then don’t do anything. It’s like I’m paralyzed.” Being overwhelmed is an intense feeling, and one of the best parts of my job is helping people move through that overwhelm.

As a professional organizer, I work with people both in-person and virtually, but I also wanted to provide a tool for those who are looking for a way to make progress on their own. So I wrote this organizing guide to meet people where they are and walk them through the steps of breaking down what seems like an impossibly big project into small, more manageable decisions and tasks.

The 14 pages of this digital guide provide new mindsets and actionable strategies, following with these 5 steps:

  • Reframe

  • Reflect

  • Reset

  • Re-assign

  • Review

You can apply the 5 steps to a room, and then repeat the process in other rooms as you’re ready.

Moving Through The Overwhelm is available to purchase and download RIGHT HERE so that you can access and use it immediately and independently.
